Hiking the Appalachian Trail in 46 days, 11 hours, and 20 minutes. To now owning her own hiking company, Blue Ridge Hiking Company, based out of Asheville, North Carolina. A professional speaker and author of 10 books, but it’s her philosophy that stands out – nature and hiking is for everybody, no matter what stage of life you are in.
