Thanks to a Microchip After Four Long Years Army Veteran is Reunited With His Lost Dog

Army veteran Michael Joy was preparing to move when his cherished four-month-old puppy Sam ran away.  Thanks to a microchip, four long years later Michael and Sam are reunited four states away!  What a great moment for all.
