Melissa Servetz, a 45-year-old former elementary teacher from Florida, has always been a very giving person. During the last six years, she had fostered over 60 children, making sure she showered each one with affection. + In May 2016, she started fostering a little girl named Jade, who was 2 at the time. A couple of days later she welcomed Jade’s 16-month-old sister into her home, as their mother made bad choices and couldn’t care for them. After fostering them for a while, Melissa decided to legally adopt them. + In 2018, Melissa received a call that their biological mother had given birth to a baby boy, named Mathew. Three days after he was born, she started fostering him, as well. She officially adopted him in Apr 2019. In Mar 2020, the children had another biological brother, Emerson, who also joined their family. + “I can’t in my heart let them go somewhere else,” she commented. — h/t: People Photo: Melissa Servetz
